Well executed and it makes you think about the situation. Well done guys and hope you get first place because you deserve it.

The first is to highlight the need to recognise and make appropriate adjustments to ensure that the applicant has the opportunity to play to their strengths in a suitable environment. The the second is for the interviewer to be aware of individual differences and ensure that the questioning and interaction with the applicant plays to the applicants strengths. The third highlights the need for the employer to be educated in what constitutes discrimination as well as becoming familiar with individual differences. Well done guys
