Thanks for sharing this Tom. Your positivity and 'can do' attitude will be a great support to many other people in similar situations to yours.
Knowing a man named Stewart who started to go blind in his 20's and meeting him when he was nearly totally blind is somewhat like Tom's story. I myself went blind in one eye at the age of 23 with no guarantee it would not happen in the other eye. Stewart myself and Tom seem to have the same hope for the future blind or sighted. I truly admire Tom's maturity grace acceptance good humour which is vital and the way he spoke about his situation. This all shows that the disability is not in the loss of sight or some other function but how you face it boldly and keep moving forwards no matter what. Good luck Tom in all you do.
Well done to Lyndale with helping my little brother make this terific Video i am proud to call him my brother.
