Film Transcript

Keep calm and I shall not—. This term we have been learning about how to positively share our feelings and emotions, and why things can often get lost in translation. So for this activity we need to be patient and very focused.

In drama we learn about communication and working together. Sometimes in life young girls may even differ. In this class we have been learning about how we can positively communicate and respond to difficult social situations with my friends.

"I'm on." "Yes, yeah, yeah." "My asking—this is what I'm talking about." "Somebody was—thank you." "I thought which I needed time to—." "He doesn't realise it." "You thought your back—if you've got it back to the audience wasn't the issue." "I know things that we don't make every day; that's rotten."

So if somebody accused him of doing it, okay—are you getting angry now? Yeah. So where's the power within? What does he make a call? Von strangle this strength to what—to keep calm. All right, good.

Sometimes we need the strength within us, and it is important to learn how to stand up for yourself in a positive and assertive way. If someone is unkind to us, that does not mean we have to be unkind back. Sometimes we need to stand up for ourselves. It's okay to ask someone to stop. Why don't we walk and bacon my name on it?

Drama has managed to improve both my competence and my confidence and my skills in acting. So what we've been learning in drama is the power to come out of your comfort zones.
