At the Focus on Ability International Short Film Festival, we are proud to present Disability is not Inability (2019) by Rwandan filmmaker David Twizerimana. Disability is not inability it's true I aggree with THT
This knowlegdeble and teaching film.Peole with disabilities are able to perfom different tasks and they have ability. Let's raise our voice to our people with disability right and inclusion.

People with disabilities are able and can perform different tasks and perform well like ordinary people.What is required is the political will of their countries Gvts to empower them and creating a conducive environment creating laws which promote rights of people with disability.The case of Rwamda is good success story to learn from and can be applied elsewhere in the world.Thank you.Gilbert K.
