About this Short Film
My Name Is Saira, created by Bowraville Central School, is a thoughtful short that explores young people navigating school life, goals and group friendships while living with physical disability. Shot and made by students, the film offers an honest, hopeful look at teenagers finding inspiration and strength within their community. It speaks to everyday moments and the determination behind simple ambitions, without claiming to be a full story.
