When she first started at Harvest Cafe she was very keen to learn, with room for improvement. Now she's a confident, excited employee in Harvest Cafe. The main skills Devdas had to learn in the cafe were dealing with unpredictable scenarios, dealing with customer queries or complaints, and numeracy skills.
"Most of the time I can use it to buy by myself. No-till is easily used because it's got pictures. I just tap the picture when their item is ordered. When there's a lot of money I need help."
"When we had downtime in the cafe we would count our till float and give her different money values to count out. For example, we'd ask her to count out $48 worth of change in front of us."
"I really like using the till. It's helping with my money skills. I work in the cafe two days a week. I can make a latte, I can make a mocha, I can make a cappuccino, flat white, baby — no hot chocolate. I also make all sorts of coffee. I like serving customers, greeting customers, making them coffee. I feel very bad when I see their customer smile acceptors."
"Her success is due to her solid work ethic. She comes in, she's really happy, positive and takes the day as it comes. Our current done this without badger and our they've been really helpful. They are really encouraging. Come on down, have some nitrous, have some coffee and help us a gross ages."
