Berhanu - Beyond The Barrier (Yeabsira Eshetu and Brook Michael, Ethiopia, 2023) offers a thoughtful look at the experiences of an adult who is blind. I We called him BRISHYE and I know him since 1983. This short movie don't express him fully his ability's dedication guidance fatherhood and spirituality and carryings for all his spritual children's students.He is a wonderful father advisor and carrying person.

Birhanu we have been friends for over 20 years. He had been great teacher while he was a member of the only senior secondary school in Dire Dawa town. He was looked up to by all - students as well as we teachers for the advice and for his always memorable teachings . I always wish him all the best.

What a fantastic movie with a powerful message for all of us. I first met this excellent man while he was a teacher he had incredible academic and global expertise. One of the first disabled and blind students to graduate from a university with a higher grade is him. He altered the perspectives of plenty of people regarding disabilities and the causes of Ethiopian disabled people. I think he is currently working at a charitable organization. He has a strong sense of direction and improved the lives of several disabled people in Ethiopia. I'd want to see him put in more effort and receive funding for the subject he considers interesting. I am one witness of this extraordinary and unique individual. MR Berhanu I am delighted to see you again in this way.
