A truly remarkable story that prodes humanity to tap into the magic a mind with a positive attitude can surmount. Dorcas' case is a powerful life lesson that redefines abled differently as the ability to refocus the mind to break the barriers of limitation life presents.

Breaking barriers is a story about Dorcas who is a student at Kenya Institute of Mass Communication. She was born with a Congential Disorder on her right hand. Though abled differently Dorcas has a good attitude towards life and shows the society that she is able to perform beyond this challenge proving that disability is not inability. Despite her condition she enrolled for a diploma course in filmvideo programmes production Directing Option- a course that requires mastery of the Art and Techniques in Filmmaking. Her high self-esteem sets the right stage to compete equally with other students.
