Disability ≠ Unemployability (The ORCA Project, Australia, 2023) challenges common assumptions about work and disability. Well done Orca for smashing the disability myths My son is a testimony of the work Orca does with individuals. He has grown from strength to strength and looks forward to working every day. Employment provides Brayden with a sense of value and purpose that cannot be achieved sitting in a room doing nothing with his day. Thankyou to the team for working tirelessly with my son to realise his potential.
