About this Short Film

Congratulations Renee for your inspirational film which captures the power of the Wright of Passage program in creating optimism and opportunity for young people like Delilah. And congratulations to Delilah for her persistence which led her to the Making Waves Foundation and her courage to change her life.

Sometimes you need a special moment perhaps an event or a person to inspire and motivate you to achieve what you felt was unachievable. Well how about a wooden boat that leaked like a sieve was being consumed by termites that you and your mates restored and sailed 1000k across some of the toughest seas in the world. You guys are an inspiration
