About this Short Film
Can Do, directed by Bingah Hardiputra, is a 2024 Australian short that invites viewers to consider imagination, perception and the space between how we see ourselves and how others see us. Through visual and sensory moments the film examines viewpoint and individual experience, and includes attention to stimming in a young adult context. It does not prescribe answers but encourages a personal response. Screening in the Focus on Ability International Short Film Festival, Can Do contributes to the festival's aim of highlighting the abilities, experiences and achievements of people with disability. Expect a thoughtful, visually minded piece that leaves room for reflection.

Good on ya Aldi Everyone deserves equal opportunities. You are able to do anything no one can limit you even your own mind - when your heart says I can do this.
Good film. Childrenspecial needs are still children with all their imaginations like other normal children. So they are no different from us. Therefore giving them the opportunity to develop is the same as humanizing the humans created by God
