An excellent short film demonstrating the barriers discrimination and ignorance of employers towards disabled people both directly and indirectly. Well executed and it makes you think about the situation. Well done guys and hope you get first place because you deserve it.

Very good short film. Should certainly do a lot more of these. Got the point of Disability discrimination over very well and in a time frame which still held the viewers concentration. Very Well Done -

I agree with Ian's comments below. Very well done. Not just get that out to the employers out there screening people out.. And don't forget to include age-ism Well done.

So often we have pre conceived ideas around disability and the capacity of individuals. The short film does three things. The first is to highlight the need to recognise and make appropriate adjustments to ensure that the applicant has the opportunity to play to their strengths in a suitable environment. The the second is for the interviewer to be aware of individual differences and ensure that the questioning and interaction with the applicant plays to the applicants strengths. The third highlights the need for the employer to be educated in what constitutes discrimination as well as becoming familiar with individual differences. Well done guys
