Fantastic
This is a great film because it has hope. It shows what can be achieved with determination and the positive support of loving friends and family. Small steps each day is a believable and doable goal. I liked the music and editing. The honesty and courage of the characters is comforting and inspiring.
My wife and I have known Sandra and Ian for a number of years. They are a very hard working couple Sandra with her caring and Ian with his attention.
Very friendly presentation that puts at ease instantly as for the story of Sandra Ian it displays an inspiration story of no matter ones age it's possible to survive the odds of even the heaviest stroke the importance of exercising and taking care of ourselves.
Gold medals to Ian and his super coach Sandra and to the filmmaker for capturing the essence of rehab exercise. Literally move it or lose it Thank you for the inspiration
