User Data Deletion Instructions
If you have used Facebook Login to sign in to the Focus on Ability Film Festival voting platform, you may request deletion of your associated data at any time.
What data we store
When you log in using Facebook, we may store limited information including:
Your Facebook user ID
Your name
Your email address (if provided by Facebook)
Your vote record in the Focus on Ability Film Festival
This information is used only to:
authenticate users
prevent fraudulent voting
maintain the integrity of the public voting process
We do not sell or share this data with third parties.
How to request deletion
To request deletion of your data associated with Facebook Login, please email:
Please include:
Your name
The email address associated with your Facebook account
The words “Facebook Data Deletion Request” in the subject line
What happens after your request
Once we receive your request:
Your stored Facebook user identifier will be removed from our system.
Any associated personal data will be deleted.
Your voting record will be anonymised where required to preserve the integrity of the competition.
Requests are normally processed within 7 days.
