Today's story is about resilience and determination. It is a story about Wisdom Kletus, a 20-year-old who lives in Lagos, Nigeria. I met Wisdom about a year ago, and one thing that really struck me about him is the fact that, regardless of his limitation, regardless of his challenges, he's able to see beyond that and he's able to build up momentum to face his dreams. I think that is something very inspiring. I wish everyone out there is able to see and learn about his experience. Now, the main goal why we decide to tell Wisdom's story is so we can be able to raise awareness about speech impediment, so that society will be able to see from their lenses the challenges that they face and also to further advocate for better opportunities and inclusion in our education and vocational sector.
My name is Clay. Me and mother Wisdom 2003 I come Lagos. I come meet Papa Wisdom, so I born Wisdom. But before we could talk, my friends, they laugh at me, but I don't.
And when I take my time, like he most like me not myself, like ask me what I thought.
I don't dance. I don't dance. But I learn on my own. I learn on my own. Nobody me. I feel happy myself right now. When I dance, I feel the place one go walk. Okay. Fine.
So now this one for that place I know when I first met Lord at Lagos during 2021. Yeah. I think his one — that was when I started learn how to dance. The unique things I like about that: he's creative and he brings up smart ideas that we can work together as in even in school and other places, especially doing our dancing and content shooting. He's very creative and he's smart also. If everyone is just bring up an idea like a game or just bring out a content, just shoot for real.
I see myself in in a very weakness. I haven't virus. I never believe in yourself. Don't you believe in yourself?
