Day 1

Day 1

Evening All

A tremendous start to this years competition with more than 6600 people getting involved between 9.00am and 6.00pm!

Some very strong voting has seen half a dozen or so films take an early lead with the schools clearly understanding the importance of getting social media support and family on board. Votes are coming in from all over the world – speaking of which we had visitors from 68 different countries today – good representation from the USA, New Zealand & the UK but Tanzania, with a lovely film, nudged the UK into 5th spot, Finland running 6th, then Canada, India, Germany and the Philippines make up the top 10.

We will wake up tomorrow to a shed load of votes so please don’t fret if your comments aren’t posted immediately , we’ve been deluged today and the overnight interest will take a while to clear up.

Congratulations to the terrific entries in this years program – best ever was a comment we are hearing consistently.
