5. Canada (down from 4th)
6. Brazil (down from 5th)
7. The Philippines (down from 6th)
8. Slovenia (up from 10th)
9. France (down from 8th) &
10. Singapore (down from 6th)
Film makers keen to make an impact need to muster local support to get traction in the viewers votes/favourites.

Just outside the top 10 are Germany, Italy, Hong Kong & Turkey.
